Car Camera Janus V2w/ GPS Logger

Janus V2 integrates the vehicle DVR system with leading-edge technology via GPS to create the new generation of vehicle recording system. This state of the art system not only records H.264 video and CD quality audio, but also manages events happening inside and outside the vehicle.

Product Features

Dual Camera Janus V2 (3.0.1): offers frontal 120 degree and inside 175/120 degree wide angle views.

Built-in GPS: the Janus is the car camera with built-in GPS location logger-complete surveillance records that imports into Google Earth. It records video, time and GPS location to SD card and can be viewed on Google Maps.

Non-stop recording: provides recording capabilities of events inside and outside of the vehicle while in motion. This device tracks the speed either in MPH or KMH, as well as, an integrated video resolution of MAX.60 fps (channel/30fps), VGA (640 x 480).

Save event archiving: the Janus automatically records when an accident occurs (default settings is 20 seconds of total record time before and after event occurs). Immediate event recording begins by pressing the emergency button and during sudden impact, acceleration and/or braking.

Analyze live feed: through GPS system inside audio, speed and location can be analyzed.

Night Vision: infrared Laser Light Emitting Diode is used for recording inside the car at night.

Display window: plays signal channel and dual channel (channels can be switched) or the both channels can play simultaneously (PIP function). Double click on the image to enlarge the screen mode for full screen view (1024 x 768 resolution is the recommended).

Play modes: recorded files are organized into individual event categories, such as normal, emergency, impact, sudden stop, sudden start or over speed. Recorded files are displayed in order by year/month/day/time/minute/second/event.

Emergency recording button: a manual activation of G-Force sensor to categorize into the event.

SD memory card: saves all data on SD memory card. The Janus V2 Package includes 4GB SD memory card. As an option 16GB, 32GB SD memory card or 250GB external hard drive.

Video and Audio record: records inside audio.

Play Video and Audio record: includes play, pause, fast-forward, fast-review, slow motion, and frame-by-frame view.

Link to Google Maps: tracks driving course on Google Maps with driving sensor information.

Save as multiple files: video can be saved as AVI, JPEG, BMP (water mark) or JDF (Janus driving format) file.
